SRX13713007: RNAseq for maize line 224-1: root tissue
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 19.5M spots, 2.9G bases, 1Gb downloads

Design: TruSeq V2
Submitted by: University of Nebraska Lincoln
Study: Zea mays Raw sequence reads
show Abstracthide Abstract
Whole genome RNA sequencing was performed with 572 samples representing 340 distinct maize inbred lines to profile their transcriptomes. A major sub-class reflected by among the population is the temperate and tropical origin. By performing eQTL mapping and organisomal phenotype GWAS and population genetics analysis, we identified the eQTLs involved in temperate adaption of maize.
